Preparing a major role debut in isolation is unnecessarily difficult, so let this experienced team of Wagnerians guide you through that process. Use the week to explore all the details you might not discover until the rehearsal process - traditions, tempi, Leitmotif development & orchestration, pacing and the nuances in text and character.
EACH PARTICIPANT IS TO NOMINATE A MAJOR WAGNER ROLE
FOR STUDY DURING THE COURSE.
(All repertoire to be predominately memorised.)
