The life of an opera singer can be enormously unpredictable. Anything can happen on stage or in rehearsal, and this can impact your performance.
This powerhouse team of international professionals will equip you to deal with any situation that might arise – be it taking stagecraft/direction/characterisation into your own hands when necessary; pacing your vocal strength if you are unwell or tired; or learning how to use the score, orchestration, tempi, set and costumes to your advantage.
REPERTOIRE FOR THIS COURSE WILL COMPRISE ARIAS AND SCENES FROM ANY OPERA
TO BE SELECTED BY THE PARTICIPANTS IN CONSULTATION WITH THE STAFF.
(All repertoire to be memorised.)
1 private session with each tutor
2 workshops (with all 4 tutors) x 6 days
1 hour stagecraft x 6 days
Livestreamed evening workshops & final performance

Fully furnished/equipped apartments within walking distance of Musikvilla Untersberg
are available for approximately €500-600 for 7 nights (Saturday arrival & departure)
